Following an explanatory 15 minute presentation which explains why new business thinking is necessary, the delegates spend time working out in hand-picked groups, on what they feel their company could do better into the future; deciding which things inside the business they believe should be simplified, smartened up and specialised on. Through a lively shared feedback session, this intervention throws a powerful spotlight on the audience’s real thinking about their real-life, day to day, business issues.
