Why teams generally don’t perform at full functionality is largely attributable to 5 factors related to trust, conflict, commitment, accountability and expected results. After a brief 15 minute introduction to this topic, the delegates are placed into mixed company teams and given a 45 minute opportunity to each deal with these areas in respect to their own real-life company scenario. Reassembling for a group feedback session, this intervention uncovers the real (and often hidden) issues that employees deal with on a daily basis; and allows for an opportunity for an open discussion whilst simultaneously providing management with some incredibly useful business insight.
